June Coffee Collective

Join your neighbors in the lobby for coffee, tea, & pastries on Saturday, June 20th from 8:30AM-10:30AM. This month’s featured coffee shop is Coffee ‘n Talk. A neighborhood favorite just down the street on Broadway.

School Supply Drive

Pacific Gate is partnering with Home Start to collect 18 backpacks and school supplies for children in need. Donations of mid-level new backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, markers, folders, and other school essentials are greatly appreciated. View attached flyer for exact supplies needed and more information on the program.

Once donations have been collected, residents are invited to join us for a Backpack Stuffing Social, on Friday, July 10th from 4:00PM-5:30PM where we’ll come together to fill the backpacks and meet Home Start’s Director of Philanthropy, who will be on-site to share more about the organization’s impact and personally receive the completed donations.

Can’t make the stuffing event? You can still participate by donating school supplies or sponsoring a backpack. Every contribution helps set a student up for success and is greatly appreciated. All donations can be brought to the management office between now and July 9th.

Notice of Hot Water Shut-Off – 6/1

As part of the maintenance of the Association’s plumbing system, a routine inspection must be performed of the hot water storage tanks in rooftop mechanical room. In order to complete the inspection, the hot water storage tanks must be drained (requiring the hot water to be turned off during the maintenance). The maintenance is scheduled to occur on Monday, June 1st from 9AM – 5PM, during which time, hot water service will be interrupted for all units at Pacific Gate. Cold water will remain available throughout the day. Thank you for your patience during this process.

Happy Hour at Carte Hotel

Carte Hotel invites Pacific Gate to their rooftop on Thursday May 21st. Enjoy live music while sipping on drinks and savoring tasty bites. Every guest will receive one complimentary blood orange margarita as well as garden crudités with hummus, and shrimp skewers. All other drinks and menu items available for purchase. Please RSVP to lkayed@actionlife.com by May 18th.
