Fleet of Vehicles – Courtesy Procedures

When returning one of the vehicles, please note that the fuel level must be greater than 1/4 full. Each ZipCar has a pre-paid gas card located in the vehicle for adding fuel. Additionally, please make sure to take all personal items with you and dispose of all refuse at the end of your reservation. If the vehicle interior is soiled in any way, please report this to the Concierge Desk.
Additionally, please note to avoid impacting other resident reservations, return the vehicle on-time (before the end of your reservation). Finally, if your plans change and you choose not to utilize your ZipCar reservation, please cancel it in advance to restore the vehicle’s availability to your neighbors.
