-Face coverings will no longer be required in indoor or outdoor common areas for fully-vaccinated individuals.

-Face coverings will be required in indoor common areas only for unvaccinated individuals.

-All amenity spaces will be considered fully re-opened.

-Residents will be able to use their own fobs when accessing the Fitness Center.

-COVID-19 common area occupancy limits will be eliminated and the areas will return to original limits.

-The 4th floor seating areas will be returned to their former layout.

-Outside guests will be allowed to enter the Association’s amenity spaces, subject to the other provisions of the Association’s governing documents.

-Reservation fees for amenity spaces will be re-instated.
