Fire Sprinkler Inspections – Unit Access Required

The State of California requires in-unit fire alarm testing and sprinkler inspections to be completed annually for life safety reasons. Pacific Gate’s in-unit inspections will be occurring Tuesday, November 9^th through Thursday, November 11^th for the residential units. For a detailed schedule, please contact Brad Denniston at bdenniston@actionlife.com.

The Association will utilize any valid key on-file to gain access to each unit for the inspection. If you do not already have an emergency key on file with the Management Office, please provide one to Management or arrange to have someone in your unit during the inspection.
