Pool & Spa Maintenance

Beginning Monday, January 17^th:

The pool and spa will be closed while the Association’s vendor, 1-Stop Pool Pros will be completing the annual cleaning of the pool and spa sand filters. This is a 4-day process and we anticipate re-opening the pool and spa on Friday, January 21^th.

Beginning Monday, January 24^th:

As part of normal pool maintenance, the pool and spa will be drained and refilled. As there is a substantial amount of water to drain and refill, the pool service vendor estimates that this process will take up to 5 days to complete. We hope to provide access sooner and will remove any closure signage as soon as the pool is available for resident use.
