City of San Diego Resident Communication Tools – Pacific Gate residents are located in the Columbia District within the City of San Diego. Three different platforms are available to residents for reporting maintenance items and/or concerns regarding transient issues:
- Clean & Safe is a program under the Downtown San Diego Partnership that assists and addresses matters pertaining to sanitation and safety (including transient-related issues). To report an issue, you may call or text (619) 414-2698 or go to https://downtownsandiego.org/clean-and-safe/ and click “Contact Clean & Safe” to submit online.
- Get It Done App is available for download in the Apple and Android stores. The app allows users to report non-emergency issues like street lights out, pot holes, graffiti, homeless outreach/encampments, and more!
- Environmental Services Department is an agency where you can report a homeless encampment. Their contact phone number is (858) 694-7000. If illegal activity is related to the encampment, contact the police non-emergency line at (619) 531-2000.
