Water Sub-Metering Provider & Payment Reminder

Multifamily Utility Company sub-meters and bills each residential unit for their monthly water consumption. Payments made to Multifamily reimburse the Association for the residential portion of the main water bill. If you have an existing account, please ensure that your account remains current and that any outstanding balances are paid in full. For questions about usage data or billing, please contact Multifamily Utility Company’s Resident Customer Service line at (800) 501-6820 or send an email to info@multifamilyutility.com. To set up a new account with Multifamily Utility Company, please email movein@multifamilyutility.com with your name, unit number, closing date and a mailing address (if different than the service address).
