Level 3 Charging Station Available

The Level 3 Community Charging Station is now available for resident use, which is located on P1 in parking space #2. Residents with a ChargePoint account can use the station on a first-come first-served basis. Please only have your vehicle located in the charging space for as long as it is necessary to charge. Once a full charge is achieved, the vehicle should be promptly removed. The Board has recently approved distribution of proposed rules for the community charging station, as well as declarant-installed stations and future resident-installed stations which will be sent out next week. In addition, a Tesla CCS1 adapter is available to check out at the Concierge Desk a with a photo ID.
