Water Sub-Metering Provider & Payment Information

Banyan Utility (formerly Multifamily Utility) sub-meters and bills each residential unit for their monthly water consumption. Payments made to Banyan reimburse the Association for the residential portion of the main water bill. If you have an existing account, please ensure that your account remains current and that any outstanding balances are paid in full.
