Townhall Meeting Reminder

As you know, the Association is going through the formal process to amend its CC&Rs and Bylaws, which will require a membership vote to approve. Ballots will be distributed to Owners by The Inspectors of Election next week. The second scheduled townhall meeting (in-person) will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 5PM in the 4th Floor Community Room. During the meeting, the Association’s legal counsel (Adam Flury) and insurance broker (Brian Kalmenson) will be reviewing the amendments with attending Owners and will answer any questions. Owners who are not able to attend in-person are encouraged to participate in the virtual townhall meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 5PM (Zoom link to be sent via separate email as the meeting date approaches). Voting will close at the meeting on August 8, 2025 at 5PM, followed by the annual Summer Barbecue on the terrace.
