Hot Water Shut Off Reminder
As part of the maintenance of the Association’s plumbing system, a routine inspection must be performed of the hot water storage tanks in rooftop mechanical room. In order to complete the inspection, the hot water storage tanks must be drained (requiring the hot water to be turned off during the maintenance). The maintenance is scheduled to occur on Wednesday, June 4th from 9AM – 5PM, during which time, hot water service will be interrupted for all residential units at Pacific Gate. Cold water will remain available throughout the day. Thank you for your patience during this process.
