Homeowners Insurance – Policy Request Reminder

Unit owners are required to provide the Association with evidence of their insurance policy on an annual basis.  Owners must carry at least $1,000,000 in liability coverage, and $100,000 in dwelling coverage .  Additionally, when reserving the Community Room or Screening Room, residents must also either obtain a special event insurance policy for the function or list “Pacific Gate Owners Association” as additional insured on their home’s liability coverage policy.  Please email your unit’s insurance coverage to Brad at bdenniston@actionlife.com or hand-deliver it to the Concierge Desk.
